Last month, former UFC World Light-Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson got into his monster truck and went on a driving rampage, running red lights, hitting other cars and injuring a number of people before finally being arrested.

Unfortunately, one of those people he injured was a pregnant woman.  And last week, the woman, Holli Griggs, suffered a miscarriage.

You'd think along with the charges he's facing, vehicular manslaughter would be added, right?

Wrong.

You see, this happened in California, one of the leftist enclaves in the nation.  Babies don't exist in California, until they are physically seen.  And now, prosecutors will have to scramble around to find another way to hold Jackson liable for the child's death.
